About this sake:

Junmai Daiginjo-shu with mildly graceful flavor and soft taste spreading elegantly in the mouth.  The excellent sake that balances a refined taste and rich fragrance.

About Yamaguchi Sake Brewery:

The first Okuemon started his family business about 300 years ago.  About 180 years have passed since Rihichi the fifth decided to begin the sake brewing industry,

The various circumstances surrounding Yamaguchi brewery have changed a lot so far.  And from the first to the tenth generation, each family life was closely connected to their local community, but in the 21st century, people in the world began to pay attention to priceless Japanese sake.  I’m a sake brewer who follows the course of life Fixed by my predecessors, and they left me a challenging job of making contemporary Japanese sake.  Paying my respect to peculiar Japanese spirituality “Nihon-no Kokoro”.

I, as a sake brewer, would like to do what I can do so that future generations can enjoy their life.  As an experienced successor and also a pursuer of future sake, I have been making Japanese sake in the natural environment.  While trying to always think of a feeling of predecessors, listening to the sounds of various bacteria or sake yeast and imagine people relaxing over my sake.  I always put my heart into brewing best sake.
