Product Information – Rikyubai Series

The Sakahan Series represents our more traditional Kansai made Sake.  For centuries Daimon Brewery has been a regional medal winner.  We believe that by using the Ginjo method, a slower fermentation process at a lower temperature, and by making our Tokubetsu Sake with a special Koji Rice milling ratio of 55%, we create a very special Sake for the local market.  In addition, all of our sake is prepared in small batches creating a more precise brew.  In honor of these local Sake’s we have gone one step further this year by reintroducing label design components from 50 years ago.

About Daimon Brewery:

Daimon Brewery was established in 1826 at the base of the IKOMA mountain range.

Using regional rice and fresh mountain spring water we have devoted our spirit for the last 6 generation to making the finest Sake in the region.
