This is daiginjoshu made with highly polished rice from which 38% of the outer layer of the grain has been removed. Please enojoy the aroma and delicate flavor. This sake should be served chilled to retain the flavor.  This sake have been rested into the storehouse where light doesn't shoot in and unaffected by ambient temperature changes, for long time.  This sake goes well with oily dish such as a fried chicken or steak. You might try this sake with various kinds of food.
