This daiginjo sake is a tasteful, highly popular sake characterized by crispy and dry, a slightly fragrant ginjo incense and delicate flavor. This sake is especially recommended for summer cold sake.
Raw Material:100% Domestic Rice,  100% Malted Rice, Distilled alcohol

Type: Kun-shu (Daiginjoshu)  Aromatic Sake – fragrant and light
Flavor & Aroma: Fruity aroma and light, fresh flavor
Suitable Temperature: 10-15 degrees (Celsius) 50-59 degrees (Fahrenheit)
Suitable Sake Wares: Burgundy wine glass, Bell mouth glass, etc.

"Kobayashi Sake Brewery", founded in 1792, is a long-established brewery which lasts more than 220 years since the Edo period.
For over 200 years, this brewery has consistently been devoted to making a good sake in rich nature blessed with the underwater flow of Sansei-san.
At the time of the second generation "Kappei", he got a strange rock that closely resembles a turtle, one day.  The name of this sake brewery is told that he began to use the "Bandai" brand in accordance with the proverbs of "Turtle for a million years".
This brewery uses Yamada-Nishiki and Reihou as shuzo-kotekimai.  Especially, Yamada-Nishiki i s  made at  Itoshima area,
the local city in Fukuoka prefecture.  Kobayashi brewery is making sake that sticks to their local ingredients.

Kobayashi sake brewery is making more than 20 kinds of alcoholic beverages such sake, shochu and liqueurs.
And, a representative sake among them is "Bandai" brewed by using underwater flow of Sansei mountain.
Recent popular sake is daiginjoshu "Taketeki"and super dry junmaishu "Hakata no mori".
