Ikekame Daiginjoshu Shizukushibori made with Yamada Nishiki rice by the traditional method of Shizukushibori (hanging the mash in bags and allwoing the liquid to drip out) .  This drip sake tastes like elegant -matured fruit in a mouth because it should be bottled and kept in storage ata low temperature right after dripping out.  The sake is also compatible with delicate cuisine, playing a role to bring out the natural characteristics of each ingredient of dishes and dashi.  The label representing two turtles with algae on their shells signifies auspicious omens and longevity.
