Junmai Ginjoshu Kurokabuto Yamadanishiki (non-filtered excellent sake), made with black koji based on our own secret method , features a full-bodies and sweet- sour taste. It changes the impression of conventional sake. This sake can be paired with all dishes, enhancing their taste.
Type: Jun-shu Rich Sake – full body with subtle fragrance
Flavor & Aroma: Rich flavor with umami and the aroma of steamed rice
Example sake: Junmaishu (Especially, kimoto and Yamahai) ,etc.
Suitable Temperature: around 20 degrees (Celsius) 68 degrees (Fahrenheit) or around 40 degrees (Celsius) 104 degrees (Fahrenheit)
