Ginjoshu Hiyaoroshi Ikekame, pasteurized after pressed in spring, left to age at the low temperature and bottled as"nama" in autumn.  The sake tastes fruity and soft like "Nama Zake",  accompanied by smooth and full-bodied flavor.
