Ikekame Kamejirushi Daiginjoshu Shizukushibori

Ikekame Daiginjoshu Shizukushibori made with Yamada Nishiki  rice by the traditional method of Shizukushibori (hanging the mash in bags and allwoing the liquid to drip out) .  This drip sake tastes like elegant -matured fruit in  a mouth because it should be bottled and kept in storage at a low temperature right after  dripping out.
The sake is also compatible with delicate cuisine,  playing a role to bring out the natural characteristics of each ingredient of  dishes and dashi.The label representing two turtles with algae on their shells signifies auspicious omens and longevity.
Awarded two- time gold medals by the National New Sake Appraising and Deliberating Fair and the great award by the Fukuoka Regional Taxation Bureau's New sakes Appraising Fair.
